Day one of ride

Today was 80 miles from Hamilton to Whitby. The weather was mid 70s but had a brisk headwind! Only "oh crap" was I forgot my biking raincoat. Luckily I had brought another raincoat that should keep me - damp. The ride today was actually pretty nice considering I had to ride through Toronto. I had expected urban warfare where I would shoot my "asshole" bazooka at all the stupid drivers - I only fired it once at a minivan mom.

A lot of my ride was along roads named Lakeshore Drive. That typically suggests big lake front houses and quiet streets - I was not disappointed.
