Brisk headwinds slowed the pace and tired the legs, that were already sore from yesterday. Met a lot of nice town folk today and had some good chats. I find it curious that all truck stop waitresses call you "darrl-inn" and they have big hair.
Town of Cobourg
Enjoyed the town Cobourg, where I met Tim who was waiting to meet a guy who is traveling around the world via non-motorized travel. He started in Toronto and has the goal on getting to Vancouver BC and sail to Hawaii and then to Indonesia. My geography may be off but I think he is going the wrong way! Currently he is in a canoe - I would of thought you would head west through Lake Superior. Oh well all great travelers set their own routes!
Tonight I'm at Presqu'ile Provincial Park, Brighton ON. I'm ahead of schedule by about 20 miles and think I will need those miles to slack off when the weather turns rainy.
