It was 125 mile today and 12 hours in the saddle. It was slow going with 10 to 20 mph headwinds all day long. I'm really glad I was on my recumbent. I don't think I could of stayed on an upright bike for 12 hours!
Today was Niagra Falls day. Got up an personal to the American Falls. The USA side seems to have been doing alt a lot of improvements and it was very nice.
